General Information

We are glad to inform you that, due to the large number of participants, it has exceptionally been decided to hold the 10th International Workshop on: Neutrino Telescopes in "Chiesa di San Vidal" instead of "Palazzo Loredan" as previously announced, which is located few steps from "Palazzo Loredan".
The "Chiesa di San Vidal" was founded at the end of the XI Century at the time of Doge Vitale Falier, who is thought to have built it in honour of the saint bearing his name. In the interior, on the end wall, there is the picture of San Vitale on horseback with other Saints by Carpaccio (signed 1514).

Visit to “Peggy Guggenheim”

Collection. 
The Peggy Guggenheim Col- lection is the most important museum in Italy for European and American art of the first half of the 20th century. It is located in Peggy Guggenheim’s former home, Palazzo Venier dei Leoni, on the Grand Canal in Venice.

Conference Dinner

At the “Palazzo Ca’ Zenobio”.
Built towards the endof the 17thCentury is one of the most important examples of Venetian late Baroque style. It faces onto the quiet Rio dei Carmini on a site that is characterized by serene intimacy, unchanged by time.

Visit to “Querini Stampalia”

Art Gallery. The museum Fondazione Querini Stampalia was born by the artistic passion of the aristocratic Venetian family named Querini, that bought and placed an order for all the works exposed inside. It’s an occasione to admire paintings by Bellini, Pietro Longhi, Gabriel Bella and many more. Don’t forget to have a look at the period furniture, it’s pure Venetian style of Serenissima Republic.
